Romacorp, Inc., the parent company of Tony Roma’s, announces the start of construction to redesign the flagship Tony Roma’s restaurant on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Once complete, the 8,800 square foot restaurant will feature a new sense of arrival, new indoor/outdoor bar, three private dining rooms, brand-centric décor with rustic elements, and a new menu.
