Stephen Judge was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Romacorp Inc., parent company of Tony Roma’s and TR Fire Grill, in August 2015. Stephen has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries and is known across the industry as a successful leader in operating and growing high-end, innovative dining concepts in both luxury and high-growth hospitality venues. Throughout his career, Stephen has introduced unique dining concepts to the hospitality industry with a focus on service excellence and culinary sophistication. Before joining Romacorp, Stephen was President of Bonefish Grill, President of Seasons 52, Vice President of Food & Beverage at MGM Grand, and Vice President of Operations at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.
Stephen became a professional chef in 1986 after completing his training and apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Nottingham Trent University.
