Brad has over 26 years of experience in the Restaurant industry, having acted as the International Director of Franchise Operations for Johnny Carino’s, Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster. These opportunities have allowed Mr. Smith and his family to live in two countries and 18 cities!
Over the years, Brad has held various positions within the community, including serving on various Chamber of Commerce Committees, the National Restaurant Association, and the Board of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.
Brad has been at Tony Roma’s for 9 years is currently the Chief Operating Officer.
